• Tenants and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets. Any damage to the property of Black Sands Resort and RV Park will result in monetary reimbursement of damages from Tenants and Guest to Black Sands Resort for the total amount of cost to repair. Tenants and Guest give Black Sands Resort Park and RV authorization to charge their credit card on file under Tenants or Guest account, if such reimbursement is required.

• Tenant assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Black Sands Resort and RV Park harmless from and indemnify Black Sands Resort and RV Park against the same. Meaning you accept that staying at or using Black Sands Resort comes with certain risks (like slips, falls, property damage, or outdoor hazards) and you agree not to hold them accountable. You are responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or damages that happen while you are on the property, and you will not sue the resort or force them to pay for your legal fees or losses. If something happens and a third party (like a guest you bring with you) sues the resort because of an incident involving you, you are legally obligated to cover the resort's financial losses, damages, and defense costs.

• The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property, vehicle(s) or water vessel(s).

• We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies. We also reserve the right to block said person(s) from renting, camping, or use of facilities located at Black Sands Resort.

• All Tenants and Guests must register in the office upon arrival.

• We do not allow the delivery of mail or packages to any guests.  Guests must make arrangements to have their mail or packages delivered to a third-party location for pickup.

• All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

• We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.

• Total number of guests in any space or unit cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.

• Total number of vehicles in any space is 1 in addition to Motorhome, RV or Travel Trailer. All other vehicles must be parked in overflow parking as to not block other Tenants and Guest from other sites rented.

• Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.

• Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.

• The use of any hazardous products or chemicals is prohibited.

• Guests may not hang any items from the trees.

• All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

• All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles throughout the property.

• DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

• In accordance with Code of Federal Regulations Title 43, Subpart 8365.2-5. Pets are not allowed in public swimming areas, which is the grass area in front of Black Sands Resort Restaurant, or the North Beach camping areas N1-N8. Pets are Only allowed in designated Pet Zone areas including the South Beach camping areas (S1-S23) and must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet at all times. All guests must always maintain and clean up after pets. A pet fee will be applied to all reservations based on the number of pets. Any and all injuries or damage caused pets shall be the responsibility of the owner/Tenant and Guest. If your pet causes damage to Black Sands Resort property, you authorize Black Sands Resort to charge the total cost of repairs to your card on file. (See Park Map for designated areas.)

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Swimming, boating and other water activities are at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.

• Black Sands Resort is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of or on water vessels left in marina or other shoreline areas.

• In accordance with Code of Federal Regulations Title 43, Subpart 8365.2-5. Tenants and Guest shall not discharge or use firearms, other weapons, or fireworks.

• We do not offer refunds or reschedules for inclement weather or unfavorable conditions. In the event of a mandatory government evacuation order for our immediate area, Black Sands Resort will allow you to reschedule your visit for a future date within 12 months.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

• Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

• Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival receive no refund.

• We do not offer refunds or reschedules for inclement weather or unfavorable conditions. In the event of a mandatory government evacuation order for our immediate area, Black Sands Resort will allow you to reschedule your visit for a future date within 12 months.

• No shows and early departures receive no refund. No shows will forfeit reservations as of the next day.
